Kin Hui

National Vice President, Membership

Kin Yan Hui is a retired Civil Servant engineer who worked 36 years for the United States Air Force. Prior to retirement in 2017, Kin was the Chief Engineer for four of seven USAF Cyber Weapon Systems. During his career Kin led multiple teams of engineers and technical staff to acquire and develop cyber capabilities for U.S. warfighters and to secure U.S. military communications. Kin has traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad in the performance of his assignments.

In addition to being the National Vice President for Membership, Kin is the San Antonio Lodge President. He is a Board member of the Asian American Alliance San Antonio and is the Treasurer of the San Antonio Chinese Community Council. He also volunteers at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. Kin is a National Rifle Association Certified Firearms Instructor and is a Winchester Distinguished Pistol Marksman.
